I specializing in helping people bring balance back to their lives, reducing stress, and improving health through a variety of methods.

I have been working with energy for over 40 years. I use a variety of light-touch techniques to help remove restrictions that are keeping the body from healing itself, including CranioSacral Therapy, acupressure, Lymph Drainage, Zero Balancing, Qi therapy, and Reiki. I am certified by the Upledger Institute in  CranioSacral Therapy and have a certificate in acupressure from Soul Lightening International.

I teach several weekly T’ai Chi and Qigong classes in Freeland and simultaneously on Zoom, for those who can’t come in to the studio. I have had students from all over North America, as well as Hong Kong and Australia!

I frequently offer workshops in EFT, as well as using EFT with clients one-on-one. I offer a specially designed EFT For You four-hour class that teaches the basics of EFT that you can use on your own issues. I am certified in EFT by Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, and by EFT Universe.
